Paul McGlone

Paul McGlone

Paul is Chief Executive Officer. Paul’s extensive history as a strategist and business developer brings a senior well-respected approach to operating a large industrial company.

Paul’s expertise is gained from over 30 years’ experience in strategy and planning, global business development, market expansion, innovation management, and thought leadership in both consulting and executive roles in leading Australian and international companies.

Previously Paul was Group Vice President, planning and strategy for the Brambles group worldwide. This came after 10 years in senior positions within Brambles, Chep, and Energy Australia.

Paul is passionate about his role as CEO guiding the evolution of Force to continue and build on its 20 year history of success.

Pat Italiano

Pat Italiano

Pat is General Manager Operations. Pat has held senior positions during his 8 years at Force, and has been a key influencer in growing and adapting the business to continually meet our customer’s needs.

Pat’s role as General Manager Operations sees him oversee the national branch network including sales, fleet performance, capital expenditure, asset management, and logistics. His expertise is gained from 25 years in the rental industry including senior positions at Coates, Westrac and Wreckair.

Pat has a vast knowledge of the industry along with a hands-on approach to Operations, Customer Service and Safety.

Kristin Hancock

Kristin Hancock

Kristin is General Manager, Group Key Accounts. Since Kristin joined Force in 2012 he has played the major role of growing and developing the Travel Towers fleet and operations within the business and as part of the executive team forging the focus on major accounts.

Kristin’s role as General Manager, National Key Accounts, sees him manage a nationwide team focusing on the specific needs of Force’s larger customers.

Kristin possesses a great deal of international business experience, in Corporate Finance as well as the international hire and rental industry. His experience was gained through senior positions at PwC, HSS and Speedy Hire.

Kristin is committed to helping Force customers meet their project and business needs.

David Marshall

David Marshall

David is Chief Financial Officer driving continuous improvement within all of the teams he manages.

David’s role as Chief Financial Officer sees him lead all finance, commercial, business improvement and Information Service system functions across the organisation.

David is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as CFO in Australian private and public companies including strong skills in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

David is dedicated to continuously improving Force’s processes to make our customer’s hiring experience easy and hassle free. He is also dedicated to ensuring Force continues to be an industry leading employer with state of the art information technology services.

Tim Molloy

Tim Molloy

Tim is General Manager Marketing. Since joining Force in 2013 he has driven the implementation of major internal projects focusing on Sales and Marketing brands.

As GM Marketing Tim leads the marketing and internal sales teams, driving brand awareness and business development throughout the industry by putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

Tim is known for his genuine passion for customers and team members, and this combined with his strong leadership skills means he delivers marketing initiatives that deliver results and make Force an easy company to do business with.

Tim’s expertise is gained from over 30 years’ experience in senior roles in marketing, strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, sales management and business development.

George Balis

George Balis

George is General Manager Sales, joining the company late in 2014. His main focus is on sales process, customer segmentation and go to market strategy.

George joins us with an extensive strategy, commercial, M&A/Integration, sales and marketing background in capital intensive hire businesses. He has spent most of his career with Brambles, initially within the CHEP business in sales, category management and business unit leadership roles. More recently he transitioned to the Brambles corporate team where he was focussed on global strategy development and then execution of the strategy through M&A and business integration across Europe, America and Asia Pacific.

George is passionate about aligning teams, structure and focus with company strategy. His approach is very hands on and enjoys working closely with the regional sales and management teams

Michael Louis

Michael Louis

Michael is National Manager Zero Harm and is committed to ensuring Force continues to improve its #1 focus as an industry leader in safety.

As National Manager Zero Harm Michael drives Force’s commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment building on the Zero Harm workplace culture which Force is renowned for.

Michael comes to Force with a great deal of experience having worked in senior workplace health, safety and environment roles in large national and international companies in construction, mining, and manufacturing industries.

Glenn Jacob

Glenn Jacob

Glenn is National Manager People, Culture and Performance leading the focus of Force being an employer which attracts, challenges and retains employees.

Glenn’s role sees him facilitate growth, development and improvement in the company’s team members and the people performance environment at Force.

Glenn has over 25 years’ experience in helping organisations develop their people and culture. Glenn has held senior positions in large construction companies, leading succession planning, talent management and executive and management development including implementing ‘Lean Manufacturing’ at Boral.

Glenn is passionate about Force’s people, and helping them develop their skills and careers, through culture – the promotion of an energetic commitment to the company and its ambitions, and through performance – both in individuals and the company in the achievement of goals and aspirations.

John Glover

John Glover

John is National Service Manager. With over 18 years’ experience at Force John is a crucial member in developing the service team at Force.

As National Service Manager John provides leading edge thinking around service performance, fleet availability, fleet procurement, major inspection programs, parts procurement, technical training and all aspects for fleet servicing.

John is a true industry-leading expert, with over 26 years of elevated work platform experience. John is currently president of the NSW Elevating Work Platforms Association. John’s roles prior to Force included positions within JLG Industries, The Royal Australian Air force and Quick Access.

John is passionate about fleet performance for customers ensuring that Force gives every customer; reliable, safe equipment at the right time.
